Wyndham Newport at the Atlantic Resort is a wedding venue located in the coastal town of Middletown, Rhode Island. It is conveniently located just minutes from downtown Newport and the beach. With scenic views of the ocean and an elegant coastal setting, this venue is the ideal backdrop for your dream wedding.
Event Space
Wyndham Newport at the Atlantic Resort offers couples several event spaces to choose from to host their ceremony and reception. Ceremonies can be held indoors or on the lawn, set to the backdrop of rolling fields, lush greenery, and peaceful waters. The Atlantic Resort also offers three acres of outdoor function area, which includes a pergola and tent, that can be used for your ceremony and cocktail hour. Inside the hotel, choose from two elegant pavilions that offer a sophisticated space to celebrate or combine both for larger events.
Eastons Pavilion
Located on the upper level, this 7,700 sq ft ballroom can accommodate parties of up to 350 guests seated for dinner and dancing or up to 500 for a cocktail reception. Dance under the decorative installation of twinkling crystals and reflective stars.
Atlantic Pavilion
Situated just below Eastons Pavilion, the Atlantic Pavilion features the larger of the two ballrooms at 8,300 sq ft. accommodating parties up from 100 – 600 guests (depending on the reception layout).
The South Lawn Pavilion
Featuring the picturesque pergola and gardens adjacent to a classic white tented patio area, this space can be used for ceremonies, cocktail hours and summer events. The south Lawn Pavilion features a 4,000 sq ft space able to accommodate up to 400 guests.
Catering
Wyndham Newport at the Atlantic Resort proudly provides inhouse catering and an array of options to make your event as delicious as it is memorable. They will work with you to create a menu that is reflective of your vision. There is a food and beverage minimum of $25,000 for Saturday evenings.
