The southwest-facing beach is known for its soft sandy shores and breathtaking sunsets. At 20,000 sq ft, the beach has ample space to accommodate romantic beach ceremonies and serve as a delightful use of space for relaxing in lawn chairs, mingling in the sand and even enjoying beach games.  

The Oyster Lounge

The posh interior of the Oyster lounge reflects sophistication and refinement. With polished concrete floors, an 80” indoor fireplace and a gorgeous shiplap marble bar, this 2,000 sq ft room makes the perfect space for intimate dinners or cocktail hour.

Surfside + Terrace I

Surfside offers a seamless transition between the rustic-chic ballroom, to the beach level terrace, and out to the sand. The interior design of this 3,947 sq ft space has an elegant and relaxed coastal vibe. With retractable glass doors, plank-inspired 10’ high ceilings and a grass lawn with direct beach access, this unique space makes indoor/outdoor entertaining a breeze. 

Newport Beach House is the only venue in the are that has direct beach access.

Eventide + Deck + Terrace II

Above Surfside sits the multi level reception space Eventide and its adjoining deck overlooking pristine views of the Atlantic Ocean. Natural light pours through the large panoramic floor to ceiling windows of this 5,158 sq ft space making this reception space exceptionally light and airy. The interior space is dressed in beachy tones and natural textures, making a neutral color pallet sure to complement any wedding decor. Outside, the grand floating staircase brings you to the beachside terrace then directly to the shoreline.

Though the options to enhance your wedding day are endless, the estimated starting cost for a wedding at Newport Beach House with ceremony and reception is roughly $10,000. Pricing is largely dependent on the time of the year. Longwood Event minimums can range from $25,000 to $40,000.
