Event Spaces
Woodland Lawn
The Woodland lawn sits at the entrance of the mansion opening up to lush gardens filled with vibrant oversized hydrangea bushes and flowering plants. Large trees on the perimeter of the Woodland lawn offer shade in the later afternoon hours.
The Cliff + Meadow Lawns
Steps away from the open air terrace lie the Cliff and meadow lawns, lush green lawns overlooking the crashing waves below on Easton’s Beach. The view from the top of the cliffside overlooks the Atlantic. The Cliff and Meadow lawns offer a picturesque location for your ceremony or tented reception. Tent receptions on the lawns can accommodate up to 200 guests.
The Terrace
The open air terrace at the Chanler at Cliff Walk provides a luxury setting resembling something out of a story book. The terrace comfortably accommodates up to 120 guests. The views of the beach below from the terrace during sunset are known to be exceptionally beautiful, creating a breathtaking backdrop for your evening.

Investment
Weddings at the Chanler enjoy a high level of exclusivity, and options for customizations. Investment levels will vary depending on each weddings unique requirements. Site fees range from $5,000 – $18,000 for smaller affairs, and can reach upwards of $30,000 for larger tented weddings.
The expected costs for food and beverage can also range from $9,000- $27,00 for terrace receptions and up to $40,000 for larger tent receptions.
