The Barn on the Pemi

The Barn on the Pemi is a rustic wedding venue located in Plymouth, New Hampshire. Set high on a hilltop overlooking the scenic Pemigewasset River, this rustic wedding venue is the perfect oasis for couples who desire to wed in the serene New Hampshire countryside. Surrounded by picturesque wilderness and stunning mountain vistas, this venue is characterized by its combination of old-world charm and contemporary comfort. The historic Barn originally built in 1888, was restored and relocated to Plymouth, NH in the spring of 2018, and now sets the scene for many romantic barn weddings. View the wedding brochure here.

Event Space 

The Barn

Rich in history, retaining several details reflective of its 19th-century construction, the three story barn offers a charming event space for up to 300 guests. The 10,000 sq ft space features exposed wooden beams, large pine plank flooring, oversized muntin windows, and handmade farm tables evoking a sense of rustic elegance.

The Flagstone Terrace

Enjoy an open-air celebration on the outdoor terrace. Here, your loved ones will be treated to majestic views of the New Hampshire mountains. Come nightfall, warmup beside the outdoor fire pit. 

The Greenhouse

A beautiful setting for your wedding ceremony, the glass walled greenhouse sits atop brick flooring and houses several varieties of flowering plants. Furnished with a birch arbor and white padded garden guest chairs and teak garden benches in the front rows. Available seasonally from April 15–November 15 (weather dependent).

Accommodations

On-site accommodations are available to guests in the unique New England tiny houses and The Cabin in the Woods. Guests hosted locally at The Common Man Inn & Spa and The Lodge, (both located just up the road,) can enjoy complimentary shuttle service to and from The Barn in the Barns antique trolleys.
