The Ballroom at the Providence G is a historic wedding venue located in the heart of Providence Rhode Island. Event Space: Originally built in the 1920’s, Once home to Providence’s Gas Company, this historic and beautifully renovated venue has become a premier wedding venue for Providence Rhode Island.
The Ballroom: The Ballroom sits on the ground level of the historic building. Large arched windows that allow for beautiful natural light to pour into the space. Large pillars support the high ceilings from which hang stunning crystal chandeliers. The Ballroom can easily accommodate up to 300 guests for a cocktail style reception and 250 for dinner and dancing.
The Rooftop: The Rooftop at the Providence G is Providence’s first and only rooftop restaurant and bar. With spectacular views of the city, the rooftop has become a popular space for an on-site ceremony or cocktail hour.
Catering: Couples can select their own catering team, allowing for a truly personalized experience. The recommended vendors are Pranzi Catering, Russell Morin Catering, Emery’s Catering, Blackstone Caterers, and Cozy Catering.
Investment: The starting site fee for receptions are $5,500 and the starting ceremony fee is $3,500. The Ballroom at Providence G will work with you to bring your vision to life creating a truly customized experience. Most receptions include 5 hours in the Ballroom.
