With multiple event spaces to choose from, Omni Mount Washington Resort has everything you need to make your wedding visions come to life. 

The Grand Ballroom 

The Grand Ballroom is the resort’s premier ballroom with a floor space of 6900 sq ft comfortably accommodating up to 400 guests for dinner and dancing and up to 600 for a cocktail style reception. Featuring a broadway inspired stage, an inlaid hardwood dancefloor, stately architecture, and ultra high ceilings this ball room is the perfect fit for wedding receptions of grand sizes. 

The Jewel Terrace 

Perhaps the most picturesque spot on the property to tie the knot, the Jewel Terrace, located on the roof of the Presidential Wing, offers panoramic views of the Presidential Mountain Range, with Mount Washington as its crown jewel. This space has a capacity of up to 300.  

The South Veranda 

Overlooking Crawford Notch, the semicircular shaped South Veranda, offers panoramic views and is the perfect space for an outdoor ceremony or cocktail style reception of up to 100 guests. 

Crystal Hills at the award-winning Rosebrook Lodge 

The all new Crystal Hills reception space sits near the summit of Bretton Woods and is located at the stunning Rosebrook Lodge. This beautiful space offers the perfect blend of refined mountain decor and natural beauty. With panoramic views of the mountains, this venue is a show stopper. Delight your guests with enclosed transportation rides in the Bretton Woods Skyway Gondola. This stunning reception space holds up to 200 guests for dinner and dancing..  

The Sun Dining Room 

The newly renovated Sun Dining Room features soft tones of creams and ivory and intricate sculptured pillars that showcase the high ceilings and beautiful architecture. This space boasts beautiful outdoor views letting natural light fill the light and airy room. This lovely space can accommodate up to 110 guests. 

The Conservatory 

The Cconservatory accommodates up to 250 guests and features an ornate semi circular conservatory sure to impress your guests. Enjoy musical selections on the hotel’s rare Steinway piano in this unique space .  

The Presidential Ballroom 

Located in the Presidential Wing of the hotel the Presidential Ballroom is a popular choice for more intimate receptions and rehearsal dinners. This space is complemented by the adjoining Presidential Foyer that leads out to the Presidential gardens. The ballroom holds up to 350 for a cocktail reception and up to 280 for dinner and dancing. 

The Presidential Foyer

Located just outside the Presidential Ballroom the Presidential Foyer offers additional spacing and access to outdoor use of the gardens. The Foyer can accommodate up to 160 guests. 

The Presidential Garden 

The Presidential Garden, large enough to accommodate up to 160 guests, is located just outside the Presidential Foyer and overlooks expansive views of Mount Washington and the surrounding peaks of the Presidential Range. This venue complements all Presidential Ballroom Weddings and rehearsal dinners. 

Bretton Woods Base Lodge

The Bretton Woods Base lodge can hold up to 200 guests and is perfect for more casual affairs. The Base Lodge features rustic wood beams and views of the ski slopes. 

Catering:

Mount Washington Hotels’ skilled culinary team works with cuisine inspired by the region’s culture and  fresh ingredients, earning the resort a reputation for excellence in resort dining. Enjoy delicious tray-passed hor d’oeuvres like fried artichoke goat cheese fritters and the black pepper bacon wrapped Georges Bank scallops, or snack on a traditional American Seafood Bar. Be sure to leave room for the main entrees however… Mount Washington Resort is known for wow factor dishes!
