The South Lawn
Ideal for grand affairs, this outdoor option provides an open air setting for romantic ceremonies and receptions set against the backdrop of the blue Atlantic Ocean and bordered by lush gardens and views of the hotel verandah. Add a touch of whimsy to your cocktail hour and invite your guests to enjoy the Croquet court.
The south lawn can accommodate up to 250 guests for an outdoor reception, and 150 guests for a ceremony.
The South Lawn Tent
The larger than life South Lawn Tent can accommodate up to 350 guests with a seating capacity of 250 people. Tented receptions on the South Lawn are a once-in-a-lifetime experience, sure to enhance any celebration.

Seaside Ballroom and Terrace
The Seaside ballroom at Ocean House, approximately 2,700 sq ft in size, accommodates up to 180 guests seated for dinner and dancing, and up to 250 guests for a cocktail reception. The ballroom features timeless classic decor and access to the adjacent Seaside terrace.
Harbor Room
This space exudes old warm charm and features polished woodworking throughout and offers picturesque views of Watch Hill Bay. This room serves as an intimate setting for rehearsal dinners, post wedding brunches and smaller weddings of 20 people or less.
The Drawing Room
For slightly larger gatherings that still require an intimate setting, the Drawing Room offers space to seat 60 guests. Situated in the heart of the resort, the Drawing Room is an old-world treasure featuring unique architectural design and original details such as the light fixtures from the original Ocean House resort.
The Dune Cottage
Step out onto the beach from the boardwalk of the Dune Cottage. This iconic Beachfront Venue offers a relaxed atmosphere for groups up to 100.
Beachside
Celebrate on sandy shores of the private beach and enjoy the breeze rolling off the ocean at this exclusive yet relaxed event space, accommodating up to 150 guests seated for dinner and dancing.
The Ellipse Lawn
Nestled at the back of the main hotel, the Ellipse Lawn offers one of the venue’s most picturesque locations. It is perfect for hosting spectacular tented receptions, with views of the hotel and the ocean.

Ocean House is a recognized Forbes Five Star and AAA Five-Diamond hotel offering a total of 49 guestrooms and 18 Signature suites perfect for making your wedding weekend a dream come true. The Signature suites are available in one, two and three bedroom Suites.
