Event Spaces 

The Wharf Room

Considered Boston’s most sought-after venue for ceremonies and receptions year round, the Wharf room is a symbol of luxury and elegance with sweeping views of the harbor through panoramic floor to ceiling windows. Located in a separate building, the Wharf Room offers complete privacy for parties of up to 250 guests. This bright and airy 4,912 sq ft space offers access to a private terrace overlooking the waterfront and features a private kitchen with catering from nationally recognized Executive Chef David Daniels. 

The Atlantic Room

The Atlantic room, named appropriately for its exceptional views of the water, is wrapped in bespoke mahogany woodwork and features sprawling views of Boston Harbor. The larger foyer offers additional space for pre-reception functions. At 5509 sq ft, this space allows for the option of dividing it into a North and South Atlantic Room for more intimate affairs, while larger parties may enjoy the use of the full space which accommodates up to 170 guests. 

Foster’s Pavilion

A popular option for both ceremonies and receptions, this unique and intimate waterfront venue has 2809 sq ft of space and literally rests on the edge of the harbor. With striking architecture and 360-degree windows, the Pavilion brings an elevated experience to every celebration. Ideal for receptions with up to 200 guests, with the option to include an added tent space. The Pavilion can accommodate ceremonies with 100 guests.  

Meritage Room

The Meritage Room offers direct views of the harbor, and features a large built in bar, Sunrise oak woodwork throughout and an airwall in space to create a breakout room in the rear, perfect for smaller gatherings. 

Mezzanine Level

Located just outside the main lobby of the hotel, the Mezzanine Level includes three different salons… John Foster Salon, John Addams Salon, and John Phillips Salon. Each feature picture windows overlooking views of the harbor and sparkling chandeliers. The light brown wood tones create a classic New England Feel in each of these spaces. Ideal for smaller groups the Mezzanine level offers an intimate and private setting for any pre or post ceremony events.
