The Crystal Ballroom
Restored to its original beauty, the Crystal Ballroom is the premier indoor event space and is also the largest ballroom on the property at 6,268.00 sq ft. Dance under the beautiful crystal chandelier that hangs delicately from a hand painted dome ceiling surrounded by nearly 360% of windows with views to the mountainscapes outside. The Crystal Ballroom offers seasonal access to the Grandview Gardens and the Grandview tent.
The Grandview Tent
This Classic New England Sperry tent can be booked as a stand alone venue or in conjunction with the Crystal Ballroom, creating an indoor/outdoor reception. The Grandview tent offers stunning mountain vistas, allowing for the natural beauty of the grounds to spotlight as the backdrop to your event. The 3501 sq ft tent spans 46 X 85ft in length and is available seasonally spring through fall.
The Garden Room
Perfect for more intimate affairs the Garden Room, at 945 sq ft features an adjoining deck that leads to the waterfall terrace. Surrounded by flowering plants and a beautiful koi pond with a waterfall feature, the Waterfall terrace boasts lounge style seating around a beautiful gas stone fireplace. The Garden Room, as the name suggests, is the perfect location for an indoor option with intimate garden settings just steps away. For smaller gatherings and rehearsal dinners consider the Eisenhower Boardroom, the Hunt Room or the 1865 Wine Cellar. The 1865 Wine Cellar & Chef’s Table Room offers the most intimate dining experience on the property serving small groups of up to 12 people. Enjoy fine dining from Mountain View’s gourmet menu paired with the perfect vintage for a culinary experience like no other.
Presidential Ballroom
Beautifully renovated and elegantly decorated, the Presidential Ballroom is the perfect setting for wedding celebrations with up to 240 guests. With a gracious floor plan providing 3,967 sq ft of space, the Presidential Ballroom features 14-foot vaulted ceilings, a grand fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing the beautiful mountain views outside. The Presidential Ballroom can be divided into the Harding Room and Roosevelt Room.
