Located just 30 miles north of Boston, Willowdale Estate is a historic wedding venue in Topsfield MA, known for its stone mansion and beautiful adjoining courtyard and gardens leading out to a large white tent. Surrounded by 720 acres of forest in the Bradley Palmer Park, there is a sense of complete privacy

The Mansion:
The design of this Craftsman and Tudor Revival stone mansion was inspired by estates and castles found in Aberdeen in Scotland. The stunning custom interior includes a grand ballroom with exposed wood beams with a large stone carved fireplace, a library with built-in bookcases, as well as an airy conservatory with panoramic views of the surrounding state park. The Mansion can accommodate parties of up to 125 guests, and is available from May to October.
The Reception Tent:
For memorable garden receptions look no further than the tent at Willowdale Estate. Overlooking lush gardens, hanging purple wisteria and a beautiful walkway leading to the outdoor terrace that illuminates under bistro style lighting, the tent serves as the ultimate outdoor reception space. The large white tent accommodates parties of 140-240 guests and is available May through October.

Investment: Willowdale’s event calendar is unique in that it is split into two unique seasons… the tent season and the mansion season.
Because of the two distinct seasons, the investment varies slightly depending on the timing of your event and your requirements.
For the Tent Season (May-Oct) you can expect to make investments in these ranges:
Venue: $5,000-$12,000
Ceremony: $2,000
Guest count minimum: 120-170
Catering: $148/pp
Hosted bar range: $25-$62/pp
For the Mansion Season (Nov- Apr) you can expect to make investments in these ranges:
Venue: $1,000-$6,500
Ceremony: $1,500
Guest count minimum: 80-100
Catering: $138/pp
Hosted bar range: $25-$62/pp

Things to know:
- A parking attendant is provided for up to 65 parking spaces during the tent season and at least 50 spaces in mansion season – Clients are required to provide a shuttle in the tent season and for over 100 guests in the mansion season.
- Event planning is included in the site fee.
- Cake cutting and desert is included in the catering fee.
