Roger Williams Botanical Center; A Green House Event Space.

Roger Williams Botanical Center is a greenhouse wedding venue located in Rhode Island, just minutes from downtown Providence. New England’s largest glasshouse display garden, the Botanical Center’s greenhouse is lush with vegetation and offers a unique indoor alternative to couples who envision their wedding day set in the beautiful surroundings of nature. The Botanical Center is home to hundreds of exotic plants. Imagine exchanging vows in front of a backdrop of towering Palm trees surrounded by colorful blooms, and the soothing sounds of nature—a setting that will undoubtedly leave a lasting impression on you and your guests.

Event Spaces 

Most ceremonies are held in the beautiful Conservatory. This greenhouse space features 40’ tall Palms and ultra-high glass ceilings that allow for gorgeous light filtered by the lush vegetation, almost making it hard to believe you are under cover. Other alternatives for your ceremony locations are the Gazebo and Rose Maze. 

The reception space also known as the Mediterranean Room comfortably holds 120 guests and showcases a tropical oasis complete with a large koi pond, water fountains, and a unique stucco wall dividing the cocktail space and the main ballroom, the courtyard style flooring is fully enveloped in the natural setting of verdant trees and lush blooms. Guests will enjoy strolling through the gardens and sipping a cocktail next to larger-than-life Aloe plants and flowering desert cacti. 

With its abundance of picturesque landscapes, the Roger Williams Botanical Center offers countless opportunities for stunning wedding photos. Investment

The Rental of the Roger Williams Park Botanical Center is rented on a five-hour basis. Caterers are allowed three additional hours for set-up and one hour for breakdown. An additional hour may be secured at a rate of $550.00 per hour with a maximum of six hours.  Chairs and tables are not included in the rental fee. Your licensed and insured caterer or vendor must provide all rentals.
